the outside shell of this coat is in beautfiul condition honestly it is hard to tell if it is faux mink or real mink, i am only charging this low a price because the lining needs a cleaning , if it didnt i would be listing it for close to a hundred dollars, that is how beautiful it is and how good a condiition it is in ,it will fit most size small and medium womens sizes
