high end black velvet vintage blazer/jacket, from NYC Boutique, years ago, this jacket is trimmed with "JET" golass on both cuffs and as fasteners on the front....jet was usually only used for jewelry back in the 20's through fifties...so this is very extravagant and unusual and very beautiful.....they sparkle so!!! definnitey not an "off the rack jacket" size small
